data-start=\"579\" data-end=\"617\">Welcome to real school life.<\/p><hr data-start=\"619\" data-end=\"622\" \/><h2 data-section-id=\"1ii5fuq\" data-start=\"624\" data-end=\"657\">Teachers are not lazy.<\/h2><h2 data-section-id=\"74bnpt\" data-start=\"658\" data-end=\"697\">They are simply completely overloaded.<\/h2><p data-start=\"699\" data-end=\"785\">According to recent studies, many teachers feel constantly stressed or exhausted.<\/p><p data-start=\"787\" data-end=\"846\">And frankly, that surprises no one who has ever:<\/p><ul data-start=\"847\" data-end=\"1043\"><li data-section-id=\"o69fxa\" data-start=\"847\" data-end=\"887\">wrote report cards for over three hours<\/li><li data-section-id=\"1y0d1n9\" data-start=\"888\" data-end=\"923\">He also answered 14 emails.<\/li><li data-section-id=\"kccirr\" data-start=\"924\" data-end=\"956\">I had to save an Excel list<\/li><li data-section-id=\"cvoygf\" data-start=\"957\" data-end=\"1043\">or tried to get a printer working just before the end of the term.<\/li><\/ul><p data-start=\"1045\" data-end=\"1083\"><strong>Spoiler:<\/strong><br \/>The printer usually wins.<\/p><hr data-start=\"1085\" data-end=\"1546\">In short:<br \/>Teachers today are simultaneously:<\/p><ul data-start=\"1547\" data-end=\"1673\"><li data-section-id=\"8hx61a\" data-start=\"1547\" data-end=\"1562\">Educators<\/li><li data-section-id=\"yqivmf\" data-start=\"1563\" data-end=\"1582\">Organizers:<\/li><li data-section-id=\"1w8ksmv\" data-start=\"1583\" data-end=\"1595\">IT support<\/li><li data-section-id=\"19k53rx\" data-start=\"1596\" data-end=\"1612\">Mediators:<\/li><li data-section-id=\"prw9fv\" data-start=\"1613\" data-end=\"1634\">Administrators:<\/li><li data-section-id=\"u7o6tw\" data-start=\"1635\" data-end=\"1673\">and sometimes part-time magicians.<\/li><\/ul><hr data-start=\"1675\" data-end=\"1678\" \/><h2 data-section-id=\"2qvpaq\" data-start=\"1680\" data-end=\"1723\">And then there&#039;s the report card period on top of that.<\/h2><p data-start=\"1725\" data-end=\"1797\">Probably the wildest time of year after Christmas for retailers.<\/p><p data-start=\"1725\" data-end=\"1797\">Suddenly appear:<\/p><ul data-start=\"1820\" data-end=\"1984\"><li data-section-id=\"itjrfm\" data-start=\"1820\" data-end=\"1850\">17 versions of the same file<\/li><li data-section-id=\"gi18hm\" data-start=\"1851\" data-end=\"1886\">Tables containing questionable formulas<\/li><li data-section-id=\"1ycwjnv\" data-start=\"1887\" data-end=\"1916\">Emails with &quot;IMPORTANT FINAL&quot;\u201e<\/li><li data-section-id=\"yfxxca\" data-start=\"1917\" data-end=\"1984\">and acute nervous breakdowns due to displaced lateral hernias.<\/li><\/ul><p data-start=\"1986\" data-end=\"2029\">Because many schools are still participating:<\/p><ul data-start=\"2030\" data-end=\"2132\"><li data-section-id=\"1iwgysh\" href=\"https:\/\/revodocs.de\/en\/\"><strong>digital solution<\/strong><\/a> means:<\/p><ul data-start=\"2433\" data-end=\"2552\"><li data-section-id=\"1t5ak3f\" data-start=\"2433\" data-end=\"2448\">less chaos<\/li><li data-section-id=\"1gz2g47\" data-start=\"2449\" data-end=\"2474\">less duplicate work<\/li><li data-section-id=\"t0vhnv\" data-start=\"2475\" data-end=\"2491\">fewer searches<\/li><li data-section-id=\"dfhjdi\" data-start=\"2492\" data-end=\"2512\">less copy-paste<\/li><li data-section-id=\"1h3qu1f\" data-start=\"2513\" data-section-id=\"t6g453\" data-start=\"3715\" data-end=\"3774\">Digitalization must not add to the stress on teachers.<\/h3><p data-start=\"3776\" data-end=\"3827\">Many teachers do not have &quot;a lack of motivation&quot;.<\/p><p data-start=\"3829\" data-end=\"3839\">They have:<\/p><ul data-start=\"3840\" data-end=\"3984\"><li data-section-id=\"1p5xv55\" data-start=\"3840\" data-end=\"3859\">too many tasks<\/li><li data-section-id=\"1giubas\" data-start=\"3860\" data-end=\"3878\">too many systems<\/li><li data-section-id=\"2sj393\" data-start=\"3879\"
