Selected additional features such as Grade management, user documents and chat are for a limited period
(12 months) included. After expiry, the school can use these additional functions. Directly within the application, payment is required. Book for yourself and the connected users (teachers). Unrenewed add-on features will be automatically deactivated. We will inform you about available renewal options in due course.

Scope of services
Schools can order a customizing package if they already have their own certificate or form templates that they want to use within revodocs.
We handle the professional technical implementation and fully integrate the school's own documents into the school's cloud account.

The specific requirements are displayed in the application before ordering, ensuring schools retain full cost control at all times. The service packages are exclusively available to existing customers and are booked directly within the application.

What happens if I don't have enough credits?
You can upgrade to a larger package at any time or purchase additional credits directly in the application.
Do change requests need to be submitted in a single batch?
Yes. Each package includes a defined number of change cycles per school year to implement adjustments in a structured and efficient manner.
Do unused credits expire?
Credits are valid for 12 months. Unused credits expire after the booked period.
What you can use your service quota for
The included service quota allows schools to commission individual adjustments to existing forms and templates.
This includes, among other things, structural changes, layout adjustments, or content expansions.
Each requested customization is evaluated transparently and assigned to the respective quota.
Changes include, but are not limited to:
